My proposal is to divide the land into two baronies: Brookshire and Goldshire, each with an equal amount of votes in the Landsraad.

I disagree with that plan. We shouldn't overlook the cultural differences and developments of different Baronies and lump them together.

My plan was to keep the baronies and assigned counties to a min. In fact, next Baron I appoint will not automatically receive any extra lands. I plan to use Counties and Baronial titles as earned status.

This is why I didn't reassign the lands from the disbanded baronies. In fact, if I thought I could get away with it, I would shrink the current baronies. But I'm not gonna. (don't wish to anger the locals )

And I think Votes should be of a similar tack. Not automatic. Though I'm fulling ready to give each of you a vote to get things going.

I'm willing to leave votes entirely up to you. If you feel I deserve some, you know I will use them. As for Lakhesis, I would very much like my territory to stay like it is. I can have a discussion about the counties though, since they aren't really doing much atm.

Well, I think once we get this Ducal Convention done it'll resolve many of these issues.
