Decree IV : The Ohl'Tar Revolt

By the will of the Baron of Nordland, the following Decree shall be implemented forthwith:
The Ikol strike which successfully eliminated the majority of the rebel Ohl'Tar threat has marked the end of the large scale conflicts and so to deal with the remaining forces I am enlisting to public authorities in the capture and detaining of any remaining rebels. A research team is to be assembled to research a cure for this reproduction disease that caused the rebellion (somehow) so as to avoid a repeat of the resent events. Finally all ElwynnBrigade forces are to return to their original posts.
