A New Capital

As I have no official residence as of yet I have decided to settle in a castle in southern Wintergleam around which I intend to promote the settlement of a new city which will be named Echo. This endeavor obviously can not be achieved overnight but once the city reaches critical size I shall proclaim it the new capital of Nordland.

Construction has already begun on the local sheepist church and farmers have come to settle. I urge all citizens of Nordland and Elwynn to come visit Echo and help enrich its culture.
