Bimestrial Census: July/August 2k4

I'm trying something new this Bimester, inspired by Ari's Citizens page ([font color=lime]+3 to Ari for the inspiration[/font])So the brief form is hopefully gonna be more understandable...As always, I'm gonna just say that I -hope- I will get around to writing up the verbose... but as active as things are in Shireroth this summer so far, and coupled with my full time education... and a generic social life...
