The Judex hereby orders you to send me a copy of those. I need them both for myself and anyone else wishing to take them.

Upon retrieval, I shall remit a 20 € archive fee.
I think you know where you can shove your order.

It does work better, but it's also important to remember that orders generally only affect citizens of the nation of which the power behind the order derives.

... that was a complicated sentence.

Um, you can't order people of other nations do to squad.

Court orders can be served upon any resident of the court's jurisdiction.

But you haven't established jurisdiction.

IC III(A)(a):
The Arbiter of Shireroth is vested with judicial powers second only to the Kaiser.
IC III(A)(d):
The Arbiter will be the head of the Imperial Judex.
ICoL V(A)(1)(a):
The Judex is the system of Courts within the nation of Shireroth.

Malliki isn't a citizen here anymore.

He is a resident unless and until proven otherwise.

He sent in an emigration form and has barely posted here in weeks. Haven't you noticed? How the sun seems to shine brighter, how birds are singing in every tree, how there's a spring in the step of young children, and even the air seems to taste sweeter? Isn't that proof enough?

He never filed a change of address.

Oh dear CJ, please learn something before you start throwing shit around. This isn't a court case, which means that you can't order me to do anything. By the way, what would you charge me with, withholding with malice?

Scott, have you been banging CJ, is that why you're so cheery?

Oddly enough, at least where I'm living, this is basically true. We had some bitter cold days but all of a sudden it's warm again. Not complainin' one bit!

Pbth, when you were arbiter, you'd have said otherwise

By all means, produce such an order from me and we can discuss it.

Note the use of the subjunctive.

Oh, so you made an unsubstantiated claim to try to prove a point? How quaint. Perhaps you should, you know, do some research or produce some evidence before you open your mouth.

Rhetorical questions and vague, unsupported points are the backbone of any good argument! Remember kids: if they can't prove it's not true, it must be true!

Otherwise, we always have plausible deniability.

This all seems fairly moot as I sent him a copy of the exam as soon as he asked in the judex.

That's very nice, but it doesn't establish jurisdiction. Having judicial power doesn't automatically confer a general power of disclosure. You need a cause of action.

Mike, I base it on the fact that you're a power-hungry waste of fresh air

Right... Now that CJ has the test.... shall we move on?

But Mike is right CJ, he's not a citizen, so he can ignore you all he wants.

Oh noes, the pedo is calling me power-hungry. That makes me feel so depressed.
