Haiti is utterly fucked (more so than usual). A rebellion in 2004 resulting in endemic lawlessness, followed by four hurricanes in 2008, now this earthquake. A rather fragile country that was hellish at the best of times is now about to go completely to the wall. The Dominican Republic will have to purchase some electric fences and dole out live ammo to the border guards once the ramifications of this one start to play out on Hispaniola. They'll either have to get IDF advisers in or else learn from history. Should make for interesting times.
