Non- Imperial Decree 401 B: Switching Day
1. Know that is shall please us on this day to switch, it would also please us that everyone else doeth switch;
2. Anyone posting not switched shall be sentenced to death by elf snuggles; and the elf shall subsequently be executed, until we give public notice to the contrary;
3. Any further issues arising from this shall be clarified by Imperial Rescript, deriving authority from this decree.

Not at all - from the line of Steffki, actually. I merely noticed a large amount of Elfinishi in the capital, and decided they might as well make themselves useful.
