To secure the Baronial Empire, without using the army every time there's a riot (and there are many riots ), I propose that we establish the Sermolotian Genarmerie.
It's a civilian police force but with a more militarist organisation and ranks. I think that's fitting in Kildare.

Excellent. That simply means that when enemy forces invade, they can classify your police as enemy combatants rather than enemy civilians, thus making the killing of them MUCH easier. Saves a bunch on paperwork.

The Gendarmerie will crush every rebel force and riot in the Barony. Preparations are taken to eventually help neighbouring counties. The theft of the coins, minted in our own Homeland (Kildare), for Kaiser Gaelan III his coronation is no reason to disrupt public order. Even if this looks like a bad sign about our ruler, given by the Gods.
I will order the police forces to arrest every agitator.
