Will the Small Commonwealth Congress proceed as planned by the previous Primate?

Yes, it will. I will visit all the members nations, just to say hi and to announce that the Congress will start at some point in time. I do not know yet how much time this will take, but I intend to do this quickly for understandable reasons.
