According to section 7 of the Convention, signatory nations may bestow additional judicial powers on the Commonwealth Court. The Court shall hear all such cases, provided that the nation notifies the Court that it has jurisdiction. This should preferably be done as soon as the additional judicial powers are delegated to the Court.
