With the recent disagreement Mike and I have been having, and the issues with many of the treaties, the Commonwealth and its structure. I feel it may be appropriate to call forth a Congress of Commonwealth Representatives to meet about the future of the Commonwealth.
Issues I would like to see addressed are the structure of the Commonwealth, the role and scope of the court, a review of all treaties in the repository and their amendment, and perhaps the creation of a full blown Commonwealth Charter.
Also I would like to invite those nations not in the commonwealth but whom have shown interest in it, such as Antica and Alexandria.
We should strive to create a coherent organization, useful and enticing to those not already involved.
Would this have any support from the various nations?

I'll likely get it going next week. The next few days sucks for me... And I want my input from others.

Re: Proposal: Commonwealth Congress
I have created a forum to help plan the Congress and for it to be held in. Anyone who wants to participate at this point may.
