Noêllen language

Background information:

Noêllen is the language of the highest socioeconomic class and is the official language of McCallavre. It was invented and implemented as such in order to further segregate the lower two classes on the other three platforms of McCallavre from the Noêllans.

Noêllen is incredibly difficult to speak, understand, and pronounce, making it nigh inaccessable to any but the most intelligent (or clever or motivated) of the lowest class and leaving it useless to those who comfortably sit in the middle class (save to pass through grade school where it is mandatory). Those who do actually master the language on top of their class's language, however, can easily make ir way into the upper class by exploiting the poor and extorting the rich.

...the grammar will be hard enough...

...don't worry, I'm still using ê and it still does fun things...

I'm trying to get all the Shirereithan ConLangs I can find (and believe me, there have been a few over the course of the years, it would seem) into the Wiki- if you wouldn't mind making even the simplest of pages for this one, I'd be much obliged. And it will be immortalised in our grand ShireWiki. :kaiser
