Ministerial Regulations

1. Businesses may only offer stocks on a single Exchange.
2. The registered owner of the business must control and own at least 51% of the stocks for the business at all times.

In-House Regulation

1. All companies and individuals must keep records of stocks they buy and sell. Including: parties involved, number of shares traded and price traded at.
2. You may trade stocks for EURrb or other stocks only.
