Accepting bids for a moon shot

My colleague Ayye Chinusion recently spoke before a conference in Amity about a joint Shirerithian-Nelagan expedition to Tarsica, the moon of Micras. VERA is subcontracting out most of the important tasks of the expedition, and is accepting bids from Shirerithian companies and individuals. For more information, please see here.

If by "they" you mean Nelaga, we aren't limiting anything at all, nor are we even capable of doing so, because Raikoth, not Nelaga, is in charge of this effort. We happily comply with Raikoth's awarding of the contracts to whatever firms of whatever nationalities they see fit.
