I hereby decree the following:

A. The lands that constitute the County of Musica are an inalienable part of the Holy Lands of Shireroth and were, prior to the creation of the county, a part of the County of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara.

B. The capital of the county is the City of Musica.

C. The county consists of

1. The City of Musica and its surrounding land, considered a part of the city.

2. The Skyla Islands, consisting of, from the north, the Isle of Aroth, the Isle of Myn and the Isle of Skyla.
