It isn´t yet the title of Baron, however - I would like to talk about something concerning that. Of course my Duke and maybe the Landsraad and possibly the Kaiser might need to be brought in on that discussion.

No, you can only be baron in one Duchy.

A person can only hold one barony at a time. One can however have multiple countal titles in different baronies and duchies.
