Could someone explain to me what the status of this forum is? Is it a Duchy or what? And uh, who said this could go through? I didn't see anything in the Landsraad or forget any decree I made?

It has no official existence yet. I simply provided an interim forum for arranging for its creation, for the sake of convenience. The "subdivisions" category is definitely legally the wrong place for it, but then again the forum categories have no existence in Shirithian law that I remember...

Actually, come to think of it... yes. This solves my problem with this forum quite neatly!
