Well, the Shah "owns" Babkha, but he is only one guy.
Let's let everyone here "own" land. In some American states, landowners can voter on certain LOCAL things, bond issues, HOA (hom-owners association) kind of rules, based on whether you own land in the jurisdiction.
Even foreigners.

All of the "Landowners" (Vrieholderen?) could meet together in a big barn (what's the Dutch/Afrikaaner word for barn?) Dutch is Schuur, according to google. iEgad, that would make it der Groote Schuur...............

In dutch 'the big barn' is 'de Grote Schuur'. However, I think it's 'Groote Schuur' in African, and I don't mind using the African translation.
