Titles, Stuff and Ravens

The House of Kalir, formerly the erstwhile Duchy of Elwynn, has a passable new crest. It also has a new wordy Instrument of Government with very large headings, while Daniel Farewell Kaliron is busy collecting noble titles.
On the other hand, ignoble titles just keep changing hands. The Deputy Praetor/would-be Arbiter resigned but decided to apply for the position of Assistant Arbiter, while the Kaiser changed his mind about how to appoint a new Arbiter, who is now Jacobus Loki. There also may or may be a new Deputy Praetor soon, but, in a remarkable display of bureaucracy, Jonas still has to vote for himself to become Praetor even though no-one else wanted the job.
Meanwhile, in the rabbit warren, a new Landsraad Procedure Amendment was passed, while a Reclamation Act has stalled, and a new Citizenship Bill just isn't controversial enough, and in foreign news, the Holzer Empire has been resurrected for the umpteenth time.
In random news, Scott of Hyperborea is emptying his mind of useless information so that he has room to squeeze more in.
And finally, the Khan just can't keep away, apart from Shirecons. However, despite having a Shirecon in London, no Villainous Orders were harmed and the only ravens that left the Tower were stuffed ones.
Moral of the moment: a tidy list always beats a crowded map. Or does it?
PS: Evil will return...
