That is true. Well. Yes and No. This county was granted to you personally as Fief. While the head of your house does reign over the house and lands in general (actually the law for such isn't in place yet...), you have final say on relinquishing control of these lands to another. The lands were not granted to the House as a whole, thus linked to the Title granted the House, the land was granted to you.
