Where's the game?
I got my tea, my chicken and some haggis, where is the game!?
Re: Where's the game?
They promised spots in this Airport! And what did we get? Not even a Mango!

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Re: Where's the game?
Jonas--
You'll need to catch the shuttle to the stadium. I'm afraid the food kiosks are a bit sparse out here in the airport concourse. There is a lot of food, and a good game to be had, in the stadium. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes. You can catch it at the curb outside. (P.S.--There is really no need to riot after all.)

Rioting can be a sport - the English call it "football".

If you have permission to have a team wherever you have a team, it doesn't matter. I was considering the Blavatsky team being somewhere on the mainland, since I'm stranded on a platform in the middle of ocean...

Re: Where's the game?
No offence, but I find the whole citizenship rule a bit selfish
I'm also not that interested to become a citizen here any way, even if that rule wasn't in place...

I FUCKING HATE that rule two! I've been *this close* to resigning my citizenship before, though no one would miss me

Yet you haven't resigned your citizenship because you realise that, in the end, we do love you, and the restriction is keeping you honest about being a productive citizen of a small number of nations at a time

I know, I know. There's no game yet. I'm working on it. I'm on my week off from classes, so I'll get to it this week, I promise.

We would miss Jess, and we would have to follow him, and drag him back, kicking and screaming.
I agree that we need to review the citizenship policy.
Besides, running a team is a sport/business enterprise, and there should be now restrictions on that.

I had something like soda or beer in mind, not cups of ocean water. Oh, Drinks Vendor, I'd like some sparkling mango juice, please..

Re: Where's the game?
Fanta Grape is pretty good too. Better than most grape soda, actually...
Also, people keep making fun of me for the way I say Fanta. I say it German-style, FAHN-tah. Screw your Americanization!

Re: Where's the game?
You're right about the Fanta Grape. I had forgotten it somewhere in the mists of childhood. But I prefer Sunkist Orange to Fanta. Sorry if I hurt your sensibilities. But my favorite sodas are some you probably never heard of--Calandra Brothers bottled some of the best sodas in the Central Valley of California, when they weren't also bottling 7-up. I think it came in a dozen flavors, all in identical bottles, distinguishable by the color of the liquid and the label on the cap. Has anyone else heard of any other really obscure labels?

That is on par with cream soda as the best drink everhypatias mom wrote:7-up.
