Raynor Cafe

Part of the Third Shirithian Scavenger Hunt, but wisely left to be placed in slightly later so it wasn't found ...
As soon as you arrive in Mattlore Devious International Airport, you hop into the Raynor Cafe, an internet cafe, and a send an email to your girlfriend, asking to meet up today. You surf around for more info on Manuel for a couple minutes, until she sends you a reply. You groan as you begin to read it.
This is so like your girlfriend. She works in the Kaiseress’ Anti-Balgurd department, and deals with demonic codes and codexes so much she seems to think everyone else enjoys solving them too. You grab a pen and sit down to start working out your destination. When you’re done, you’ll ring up the Shirekeep Taxi Service to get you there.

Subject: Re: Meeting Up
Of course, I’d be delighted to meet up and hear about your adventures. I’m on my lunch break in an hour, so let’s meet up then. Three is my lucky number for today, and there’s a little cafe I know related to the number three, so let’s go there. It’s on the street named after the third Kaiser in the third era to have the number three after their name. As to the number, you can work it out from a little puzzle I encountered back in my days as a Census collector for MiniImNat.
I needed to get the age of everyone in a certain household, and so I knocked on the door, and a lady answered it. I explained what I was there for, and she said, “I’ll tell you my age – I’m thirty six. As for my three daughters; the product of their ages is my age; and the sum of their ages is the number of our house.” I thanked her, and looked at the number, thought for a moment, then knocked on the door again.
“You haven’t given me enough information,” I told her.
“Oh, sorry,” she said, “my eldest daughter is upstairs, playing the piano.”
The age of the three daughters (the piano player first) are the digits of the street number. The name, as I said earlier, is that of the third Kaiser in the third era to have the pronumeral three.
See you soon!
