Would everyone please go through this piece of nifty text put together by his Khanness, and see if there are any changes that need to be made. It's just an extension of the Kalir Act.

My motion is the following, that the Article 7 of the bill is amended to read:

Article 7 – Concluding Provisions
(1) This Act may be cited as the Kalirion Instrument of Government (Elwynn)
Act and replaces the Kalir Act of 3884;
(2) This Act shall be deemed to be in effect from the date of its ratification by
the Council of Eliria.
