1. Confirm Daniel Llai as Patron of House Kalir.

2. Maintain the Council of Eliria (keep the name?) as the legislative body of the Kalirian lands.

I'd quite like to revert the name of the Council of Eliria to the Elwynns Riksdag (Diet of Elwynn) provided for under Decree XVIII.

That could be done much better by referring to the origins of this house in the charter of the house.

Again I disagree - that could be reinforced by references to the origins of the House contained in the Charter but it is also of the utmost importance to retain the link through the civic institutions we create which shall exist for day to day use and in so doing continually reinforce and strengthen the identity of the House of Kalir as the seat of the Elwynnese nation.

Recalling the Hurmu, Crandish and heavens forbid Stormarker periods... Riksdag is quite apt. But if we were subsequently granted Eliria and Utasia by the Imperial Government then continuing with the Council of Eliria would be the most popular choice and we should go with that.

Well, as Ric said, Scott, if you're uncomfortable with it we'll change the name. Why can't we just call it House Kalir and for the sake of RP... not have us descended from you? Is that allowed? Or we can all be adopted. :P
