ELWYNNBRIGADEN INTERNAL ORDERS
FROM: Steward's Office
TO: Brigad-General's Office

The following to be implemented immediately by my order in the name of His Grace:

1. Elwynnbrigaden Rapid Reaction Force to mobilize and begin transport to Alalehzamin/Holwinn border. Troops and agents are expressly forbidden from crossing the border.
2. All forces will remain out of enemy fire range. Forces will attempt to avoid contact/conflict with Goldshirithian troops.
3. Eliriaregimente to mobilize and begin transport immediately to Islus, excepting defensive militias.
4. Forces are forbidden from firing on Goldshirithian troops unless in life-threatening situations. All such situations will be reported to the Steward's Office immediately.
5. All other measures will be cleared with the Council or the Steward's office before enaction.
6. Spec Gnome Corps to mobilize and report immediately to Eliria.

P.S. Khan: I know you. Don't try anything sneaky. I don't want to be blamed for this war, so we're NOT starting it. I hope we can get the Kaiser on our side. If not...see above.

1. Activation of the Elwynnbrigaden Rapid Reaction Force commenced as of 3823 ASC, in anticipation of this order;
2. Remaining on the appropriate side of the riverine border the Elwynnbrigaden shall commence closure of the key railway bridges and crossing points, particularly as regards those at Kingsgate and Islus;
3. This shall be communicated to the appropriate authorities on the Goldshire side by means of correspondence;
4. No Gnomes;
5. For information. Decree LV states:

4. The Chain of Command of the Elwynnbrigaden shall be as follows:
a) The Duke of Elwynn
b) The Brigadier General
c) The Steward of Elwynn
d) The Council of Eliria

Attempts to contradict this will henceforth be met with terminal force... well, perhaps not terminal but you get the picture
