May it please the His Grace and the Council to note that, as Brigadengeneral of the Elwynnbrigaden, I hereby deem it a necessary and prudent precautionary measure to bring the Elwynnbrigaden Rapid Reaction Force onto the alert for the greater security of the Ducal Realm in light of events presently unfolding.

Lord Khan. While the council does appreciate this semblance of choice or influence that you offer us, I don't think that it be required. The fact that our current Duke just so happens to find himself possessed by the most peculiar need to sculpt giant cows out of poly saturated fat also doesn't allow for a system where he must be addressed for all such matters. Now I am sure that I speak for most of the people of Elwynn when I say : "TAKE THOSE BASTARDS DOWN".

I now move that this council vote on granting the Brigadengeneral the power to act completely autonomously save for his reports to the Duke. Such a movement would allow our troops to react quicker to Ducal and National issues.
