[Petition] The Academy of Elwynn Fund

As Brigadgeneral I wish to petition your Grace and the Peers of Elwynn for permission to requisition from the People's Academy of Elwynn the sum 3000:erb to assist in the people's defence of Elwynn.

The specific aim of the requisition is to fund the purchase under SCRIA of the Livgardet branch of the Elwynnbrigaden with any residual funds going towards improving the air defence network of Eliria.

Since the 3000 erb I gave to the Academy haven't got to any use, I propose that they are returned to me. :P

Cultural works would still get money for from the MiniInfo. Better get Shirekeep money flowing into Elwynn than Elwynnese money flowing around outside Elwynn.

I pledged 3000 in foundation, Allot pledged 2000. I have paid in 3000 to the Academy. Don't know about Allot though.

Oh I'm not too worried about the money. I was just wondering who had the password seeing as Allot left yesterday for camp which, I think, means the money is irrecoverable if it was one of his accounts.

2. Unless the unexpected occurs, Allot will return from this camp eventually and the password can be lifted from him (sans cudgels preferably...) upon his... er... return.

Perhaps if we will not be using Academy's funds at all it would be best to return the investments to both Allot and Isur-Ai and discontinue use of the academy account?
