[Resolution] An Elwynnese Kaisership Hereafter

Esteemed Lords,

I bring the following for your consideration.

Be it resolved that the Lords Temporal of Elwynn, herein assembled at the Council of Eliria, do, having noted the continued absence of Kaiser Erasmas, hereby affirm that they shall not consider themselves satisfied until the Imperial Succession is suitably altered so as to ensure that the next Kaiser be a man of Elwynn, to be chosen from amongst the Peers of Elwynn and made subject to the usual requirements for Kaisership.

Effectively either Scott, Andrew or Leo (although Iskander would also be eligible) should be Kaiser to give everyone a break from the Erik/Jacobus merry-go-round of Kaiserships.

It will be noted, for the record, that this resolution would attain its objective by good natured and lawful persuasion as opposed to the more disorderly methods favoured by some. Any fears as to the potential for hostile rebellion to arise from this resolution, as opposed to say polite agitation and partisanship, are very much mistaken.

While I do realize your shock/worry/whateverelse is quite justifed the Khan is correct in saying you have no right to speak before the council I will unfortunately have to remove the said posts (which will be moved to specialized thread for such occasions). If you wish to further address this matter, please do so in a direct proposal to the Duke as opposed to through this convocation of Elwynn.

I do not claim to speak for Shireroth, but merely in what I believe is her best interests. One duchy dictating the Kaiserial succession will bring nothing but disaster, no matter who they choose to take the throne.

The premise is invalidated, but the aspiration should by rights remain. But at least our Kaiser's latest deed averts the threat of a Erik/Jacobus merry-go-round, as was alluded to earlier.

My lords! Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sir William of Araxion, and his Grace's duly appointed representative to this council while he is... incapacitated and while the Steward of Elwynn is on leave. The Duke would be perfectly happy with Ari Rahikkala as Kaiser, but would of course be thrilled if any Elwynnese citizen were to ascend the throne.
