A Highpassian on the Throne of Ynnraile

The car drove slowly into Avakair, the rural capital of Ynnraile.
''Bleak place...'' muttered Gibthrean, the new Baron's driver.
"I think it has charm," said Oze.

A small crowd of people had gathered in the City Square, eager to see the new Baron. They grew even more curious when they saw the Highpassian licence plate on the car. Most of them had never seen Highpassians, or cars before.

The Baron stepped out into the biting wind.

"Úlaal! I'm your new Baron, Oze of Highpass. I have heard a lot about your great region, and hope to preserve its unique cultural heart. Do not fear because a foreigner is in charge of your lands. I respect your traditions immensely, and hope to build upon former Baron Wintersong's fruitful reign.

I must go now; I'm on my way to see the famous Coat of Arms in the local museum. I thank you for your time"
