Decree 14: Establishment of a County

A County, yet to be named, will be established between the cities of Aurum and Zarshe (including both cities and the city of Wendor; despite becoming part of a County, Zarshe will remain a Free City and the Lord of Zarshe may be appointed by the Count, who may appoint himself). The boundaries of this County will be: a straight line from Aurum to the northern sea and a straight diagonal line from Auraum to the southern sea where there is a little island off the coast. This County will come into being if Vasroe chooses to accept the position of a Count. Otherwise, this County will not come into being.

If the County comes into being, the Count may choose a suitable name. The old name of a county in approximately the same spot was Elsenar.
