Decree 13: Economic Minister Appointed

Vasroe is hereby appointed Economic Minister of Khorze. Not yet a resident of Khorze, he shall help organize the Economy. Vasroe is empowered to take economic actions to integrate Khorze into the micronational economy and make it grow economically in general.

To honor this new position, Vasroe shall be given the title of Lord of Zarshe. (Another non-resident, Allot is Lady of Erinamor).
