Decree 10: Two New Free Cities

The Free City of Aina is hereby established on the east of Mejor, at the furthest point of the estuary, where the delta and sea meet.

The Free City of Zarshe is established on the east coast of the Barony, south of Wendor, where there is a small peninsular, sticking out southeast-ward.
