The crispy sauce hath trickled away...

As the crispy resin from the slithering trail of his crispyness B'Caw led back into his Peri-Peri cave somewhere above the heavens of Micras, Hadjimehmetov marched into his old office and deftly swept the cobwebs off the chair, before noticing the tortilla wrap with a message written for him in spicy sauce:
Ruling a fiefdom is fun. Can I try it again? Have these chicken wings in eternal thanks, O Acolyte. Yours, B'Caw.
Hadjimehmetov smiled and bit into the tender flesh of the finest chicken wings this side of Musica. They really were quite worth giving up a fiefdom for- if only temporarily.
Anyway, it was time to get back to implementing Laschism and being a Kaiser-licking sycophant.

Max, it's great to see you've returned to Shireroth. Welcome back. :thumbsup

Oh, always such a pleasure to be here, Sfeir ;)
So, what's been going down here for the past few months when I've been away?

I hope some thoroughly objectionable chap hasn't been chosen to replace me already. To arms! To arms!

Welcome back, fellow appreciator of divine seasoned poultry products. May your return be a long lasting one. :party

I am your new Duke Krasniy Yastreb. I vaguely recall having dealings with you in Novaya Zemlya during your Matbaa days. Good to see an old face return.

Aah yes... I remember- the result of which led to a large discussion as to whether a Stalinist and a Theocratic micronation should be friendly with eachother at all ;)
The Matbaa days were fun. I'm still the only Jewish micronationalist I know of who founded a Christian Theocracy and *I hope* pulled it off reasonably well!

Of course, now the remains of Matbaa (Kefr Zeh) are in Babkhan hands... *nervous twitch*

Zurvan only knows how that happened. I sure didn't implement it or agree with it.

The Zatriarchate crumbled.
The Ecumenical Synody continued for a few more weeks before dying
Hieu changed Kefr Zeh into an independent Republic
Kefr Zeh was absorbed into Babkha at his request to become an Autonomous Ostan.

Shame, really. I'd have liked to be a part of an independent Kefr Zeh.

They had Zemlya for a while too... I had my back turned for what.... 5 seconds tops? Can't take your eyes off the little bleeders.

Certainly can't. The moustachioed bastards would take the Mao suit off your back if you turned round to tend the Kolkhoz.

Now now,

Matbaa is perfectly fine. You can visit whenever you like. It's essentlly autonomous and there has been no interference from the Metropolitan Kingdom so there is nothing to worry about.

BTW, what the hell happened to the project we were working on?

Can I reclaim Matbaa, though? :(
I mean, if I ever wanted to...

Not that I would. Just knowing that I can gives me a pathetic feeling of power

No - but you are welcome to send pathetic bands of guerrillas there every so often - we are bored and the Mujahedin need target practice.

Yes,

I'm afraid its illegal for us to give up a part of the Kingdom. And Hieu is currently the recognized leader. But feel free to fight him for it, it makes a good bit of entertainment.

No, I'll just send endless Matbaic Orthodox missions there to steal the hearts and minds of the local populace and the Mujahedin. Speaking of which, who is the Matbaic Orthodox spiritual leader these days?

Right-o.
I think I'll nab the position of Zatriarch Maximillideus II then. That, whilst trying to lead a Stalinist police state.

There is no Turoyo province anymore!
And where it used to be is currently ruled by those Alexandrian garlic-eating swine :cry

Benkern, or should I say "Grand Vizier Sfeir",

I feel it necessary to remind you that inciting a rebellion that would lead to the separation of an organ of the Kingdom constitutes no less than three capital crimes. I'm sure we're all eager for your administration to be lengthy and productive.

You don't need to remind me how to end up being branded a traitor in Babkha, I've had experience on that front. :p

We need to relocate everything of value in Matbaa to Kefr Zeh. By my estimation, it's better that the Babkhans have it than the Alexandrians! Especially after they had the nerve to rename Matbaa's capital 'Port Portela' ;)

Yeah... shame its annexation to Babkha was unconstitutional.
Hang on... shame its becoming independent then annexation to Babkha was unconstitutional...

The Ecumenical Synody's independence was entirely legal, it was agreed upon by the Zatriarch of the time, Pete. Hieu wasn't even a citizen when he out of the blue elected to make Kefr Zeh/The Synody a Babkhan ostan. It was horrible, truly, but in the end it has worked out. It's better than the Synody and the Zatriarchate both being dead and gone.

I'm not debating the Ecumenical Synody's independence being legal, I'm debating Hieu's making Kefr Zeh independent illegal, which it was. Besides, the fact that
Hieu wasn't even a citizen when he out of the blue elected to make Kefr Zeh/The Synody a Babkhan ostan
further proves my point...
