Countal Decree #1

I, Count Benkern of Mar Sara, do declare the following:

First that my Countal seal shall be as depicted in the first schedule to this decree.
Second that the current officially recognised territories of the County of Mar Sara shall be as depicted in the second schedule to this decree, and that this map should be presented before the Micronational Cartography Society for approval and addition to their map.
Third that the historical territories of the County of Mar Sara shall be as depicted in the third schedule to this decree, and that this map should be presented before the Landsraad for approval and addition to the Mango map.
Fourth that the flag of the County of Mar Sara shall be as depicted in the fourth schedule to this decree.
