First that the Marechaussee of Mar Sara shall be henceforth considered a private organisation under the command of myself personally and not in any way tied to the County government of Mar Sara or its feudal status.
Second that the Marechaussee of Mar Sara shall be granted permission to use all defence posts and headquarters et cetera as they have always done, as a private organisation, for the defence of the Count.
