Raynor Isles is a land divided - both physically and poltically. To the islands, the capital is Libertopia. Those in Libertopia believe they got their liberty from the Great Plauge through the use of the magical arts. Thus they still practice the arcane arts in their cities, and it is said Golems are prevalent throughout, though visitors never see this. While much of Kildare has moved to technology, those in Libertopia keep up their ancient spell weaving ...
