Raynor Isles is a land divided - both physically and poltically. To the mainland, the capital is Biotopia. There, the citizens have a very modern view of everything, especially of technology and it's use in Bioengineering. There are those who say the Straylightian dolphins started in Biotopia. Those in Biotopia have invested heavily in building up giant carnivorous plants as guards for the outlying region, and, it is said, have robots to do all the menial labour in their capital, though no visitor has ever seen this ...
