ISI Launch Site

As you are probably aware, the Infinite Space Initiative is in the process of acquiring land to base itself in. A particular pice of land has come to our attention in the northern part of the island (Map attached). We were hoping that you may consider selling a plot of about 4 km2 that lies at 0˚ latitude.

While we're doing our best, there's still considerable tension in Libertopia about technology (and likewise tension in Biotopia about Magic). Can I suggest you pick a site on the Biotopian side?

I was not aware of the issue and I thank you for informing me. I do feel slightly partial towards that location but would be will to discuss the southern point of the central peninsula. I would be interested to know though if it would change anything if the base was a research hub that among other things is researching magically fueled energy cells? The ISI is trying to incorporate any field of study that will further its goals.

That could probably be acceptable. Libertopians have a prior history of attachment to the ideals of the free market before magic became the priority. They would probably be willing to overcome their discrimination for a suitable financial reimbursement .... perhaps 327 ?

See, I'm just sufficing with very close to the equator for my launch sites. I already hold land that's close enough for the difference in lateral speed at the surface to be negligible.

Cla'Udi, Baron of Atterock, has dispatched a force to secure the ISI launch site, amid claims that there have been trespassers messing around in it with the decline in Atterockian governance forced by the House system. This is a purely routine matter to protect this site which has played such an interesting role in history thus far.
