Count Oroigawa Koreyasu of Lesser Attera: Decree 02031309

Be it hereby decreed that Oroigawa Koreyasu , having shown his willingness to swear his faith to the land of Lesser Attera in the Barony of Hallucination in the Duchy of Kildare in the Realm of Shireroth and to be faithful to such land from this day forward, to protect it against all usurpers, to never cause harm to the land, and to observe his homage to the land in good faith and without deceit is forthwith declared by me, Austi Scot, Baron of Hallucination, to rightfully be recognized as Count of Lesser Attera.
