The Vervollian Guard

I have decided to create a militia for Vervollkommnung called the Vervollian Guard. It's main purpose will be my defence and for use in public ceremonies and such. So here comes the question:
Who, may I ask, can provide me with a uniform for the militia and what is a reasonable price?

The Natopians draw nice uniforms (with Paint). Harald is probably the man you need. :thumbsup
