Reforms in progress

Dear members of the Ducal Governement,

Soon the time of a weakened and sleeping Kildare will be over. I will propose the Kildare Reform Act if it's finished:

1. The act will replace the Ducal Governement as advisory council by the Seanad, a legislatif body with real power.

2. The creation of the Council of Marshals, like ministers they will oversee what happens in Kildare.
Offices that will get created: Office of War and Office of Interior Affairs
3. The Kildarian armies will get reunited in one, strong Kildarian Ducal Army. Lead by Commanders (Counts), Brigadiers (Barons) or Marshals (a promotion).

4. The successor of the Duke will be the Grand Marshal.

5. The active decrees will be merged in one decreebook.

We will create activity again, and we will become the strongest Duchy of Shireroth!
Long live Shireroth!

My Lord Duke, I believe it was you, yourself who did not like the name Dutchy, and the title Dutch, and dhanged them both to more conventional terms.

I have posted the Kildarian Reform Act in another topic. Discussions can start.
