Edict #002 - Taxes

As long as the Kildarian people doesn't get their blue forum colour back, the Commonwealth of Blackrock will refuse to pay the taxes. When actions are undertaken by the Imperial Government to sue the Dutch or a Kildarian noble for tax evasion, the county will rebel.
