Count Shyriath Bukolos shall be its Baron.2b. The second section shall be known as the "Barony of the Holy Lands of Shireroth", and shall consist of the County of Naudia'Diva, the County of Yardistan, the County of Florencia, and the County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara. Count Angel-Guardian shall be its Baron.2c. The third section shall be the County of Straylight.3. All Counties involved shall be given leave to do what they wish within their respective Counties, except in the case where a Count would be disregarding the laws of Shireroth, the Kaiser, or a superior power within the Duchy.4. The First Duke of Naudia'Diva shall be Fax Celestis, the Count of Naudia'Diva. Power shall succeed to appointed heirs and Stewards in a fashion similar to the Imperial Kaisers of Shireroth.5. This Contract shall remain in force for a period of no more than four months, at which time it must be presented to all parties involved to be reconfirmed. The Contract may be amended at that time.5a. This Contract may be amended by concensus of all parties involved at any time. The four-month clock shall be restarted from that point, and the reworded contract will remain in effect for four-month's time.6. Additional Counties may join the Duchy of Naudia'Diva at any time, provided they agree to this contract and abide by its terms.6a. The only changes allowed to this contract by an entering party are for name inclusion purposes only; no new terms shall be created within or agreed upon within this contract. A separate contract with that party may be created to solve any issues. However, amendments may be suggested by an entering party after their inclusion into the Duchy of Naudia'Diva.7.
