Any county looking to form Barony & Duchy?

We are looking for an available county to form a barony and duchy. Is any count interested? The land of this duchy will most probably be in the north of micras, but any county anywhere can work.Also, I might be able to give some of my county's land up to form another county if someone wants it.

Thanks for the offer. We are only one county short though of a duchy so that is our initial goal.
