What does the Cessor do?

So I'm changing it. From now on, for a price of 250 Erb you outright buy the right to a subforum permanently.
Reviewed the logs. Austi paid for 12 months for his three subforums, so he gets to count those as outright bought. Mike and Erik, if you wish to keep your subforums, can you transfer the appropriate erb and post here saying so? Since you've both paid rent once at 10 erb, you get the price of 240.
