The following are, I believe, people who no longer hold Shirithian citizenship/have been declared dead, for all practical purposes. MiniTrade does not support or endorse the wholesale looting of every account we could; but the Imperial Government could consider reappropriating the funds from particular individuals. MiniTrade would support the keeping of a record of funds removed from accounts on the assumption that people can reclaim it (or some portion thereof) if they return. MiniTrade would also reluctantly recommend that in the interests of ethics over greed, that the several individuals here who are quite clearly alive but not Shirithian should probably have their accounts honoured and not looted; or at least, some effort be made to find them and see how they would like the funds treated. Despite these recommendations, there are certainly several accounts here whose funds should revert to imperial control and would fund appropriate bountying in the future.

I would also point out that several Shirithians are sitting on a small (~ 5000), large (~ 10000) or extravagantly large (>10 000) fortune. Them finding ways to use those funds might be worth encouraging.

With my proposal on amending G of the Laws of the Land, registered death can be sought on an indiidual by an interested party. We just need a law on inheritance. Perhaps something on the lines of "If no will or testament is registered at ____, all monetary holdings of an individual shall, upon death, be given zir house or other relative. The precedent established here (and I keep forgetting about the non-decreed bit about if they don't full in two censuses, they're mine) and apparently XI.C.2 allow me to declare an account dead if they haven't filled the census in for two months; and decide what happens with the funds afterwards. The strong precedent in that has been for the crown to reclaim their funds; if it went to their house that would just get ... messy. So I'll take their money, post a list, and they can reclaim 75% if they post or 100% if they petition the Kaiser enough.

And I'll leave the Bacchic Fund.
