This is of particular interest to myself as it seems that I qualify for a bounty of some sort (the amount is not specified).

"All new citizens shall receive a bounty from the Ministry of Trade upon joining Shireroth."

Am I dead? Well, no, but if you'll note I have been on LOA for the last week. I lost track of new citizen bounties because people keep taking time to actually register a Bank Account, and by the time they do, I forget they're a new citizen and need paying. It does help if people claim them. There's also the fact we've had a couple dual cits who were considering joining the SCUE (it'd be nicer to their host countries if they didn't have accounts and so qualified as 'not already participating' for more starting funds, but meh, clearly nobody but me thinks about that).

If any of you already have accounts in the bank by another name and haven't told me by the time I get back from my semi-LOA, I'm going to slam you to the full extent of the Fraud law. If you do tell me, just send the money I sent you back to the Crown Account and we're all ok . And if I've missed anyone who had actually registered an account in Shireroth at the time I posted this, I'm sorry, do post here and I'll fix you up later. Or the Kaiser could, if they've bothered to be passing on the password to the Shirithian Imperial Treasury account.

Is rutledge15 an actual person? I tend to assume people without capital letters and with numbers in the name aren't serious accounts.

And there is nothing in the laws preventing you from requiring an application to you from new citizens to get the bounty.

It fluctuates depending on economic circumstances and the relative wealth of citizens and the crown account. If you look in your own account, it should be clear.
