Do you mean *your* wages, or the wage money to pay other people?
If the former, in bounties, like every other minister.
If the latter, previously it's also been handled by bounties, but if you submit a nice form saying who you'd like to pay and how much, I'll probably sign off on it and wire the money to the MiniEx account.
