Bank negotiations: july 24th
How much would the ability for National and Regional accounts to be able to Tax accounts subordinate to them be worth to ya? There would be a tax page that would let the National/Regional account set the tax rate, then move the money from all accounts of lesser status into their account. (or we could specify another account)

To specify. National accounts will tax all non-government User accounts, and all Regional accounts in their nation. Regional accounts will tax all User accounts that are not government accounts in their subdivision.
So
National accounts will NOT tax:
National accounts.
Accounts with type 'Government'
Regional Accouts will NOT tax:
National accounts,
Regional Accounts
Accounts with type government.
This means also that all accounts types will have to be accurate.

I'll value it at 500 erb.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Agreed, It shall be done!
Re: Bank negotiations: july 24th
The idea of joining the SC-economy is winning popularity in Batavia. I recently got the support of a former opponent. The tax system will convince almost everyone.
A question: if you get payed, would you be willing to create other kinds of tax systems? Like an international tax: when money is send to an account in another nation, the nation from where you send it would have the opportunity to tax the amount. For example: if you send 100 Kruys (with a tax of 10%), 10 Kruys will be send to the government account, and 90 Kruys will arrive.
If that's possible, I would advice adding a system like with ASC-calender of Ari: that you can calculate it before you send the money. Can't really explain it. It would be something as filling in an amount in the first column and in the second column it shows the amount after the taxes. But you can also do the opposite: you fill in the amount it has to be in the second column and in the first column appears the amount you have to send.
I would be willing to pay for such a system.
The same with company accounts: if you can make them somewhat seperated, I'm willing to invest money in it. How does it need to be? Just seperated from personal accounts. This can in different ways: a different column (one next to the current one at the 'Transfer Funds') or the simple solution: a different colour or initials behind the company name. I will pay more if company accounts are seperated by placing them in a different column, of course.

As an interested Batavian citizen, I would like to add another suggestion:
It would also be nice to have a system of what is called in Dutch 'domiciliatie' (I don't know the English term), which is an automatic monthly transfer of a certain pre-arranged amount of money from one account to another in exchange for a recurring service or good, e.g. a monthly subscription fee from personal account X to news corporation Y.
This would really boost the economy.

This could also be used to pay out salaries to employees..

Re: Bank negotiations: july 24th
I'm not sure how to do that one yet. And I'm still working on how to handle company accounts. (I've even been pondering a means to move stocks. ) As for the International Tax... That is actually doable. Not high on the list, but it's now ON the list...

I have no finnshed making a page that will tax accounts as specified. Next time you want to tax EVERYONE in the nation aside from accounts for the Imperial Government, you can. Later I will make a "Tax Regional Accounts" option.
Also did a bunch of other fixes, adjustments and tools. Wouldn't mind a little extra money for those...
