Auction for JASO

In accordance with this order, an auction for the full rights and effects of JASO (including facilities, patents, remaining technology etc) will be conducted, starting one week hence. The revenues raised shall be distributed according to the order - 60% for Imperial Defence, 40% directly to the Crown.

The Auction shall be done under the following rules. When 24 hours have passed without a further bid, the last bidder is considered the winner. If a new bid should come within 24 hours, count 24 hours from that bid etc.

I have no interest in asking them. It will be necessary for you to provide documentary evidence and or witnesses to affirm your claim before the Judex.

And even then the matter of how it came to be under MoMA will need to be determined - it certainly seems that you alienated your right to it at some point in the past.
